Franklin takes the privacy of our clients very seriously. It is a top priority ensuring that any data we collect remains secure at all times, and is disposed of in a secure manner once it is no longer needed.
Information We Collect
During the normal course of our work, we will collect some personal information on our clients, solely for the purpose of the recovery of unclaimed assets on their behalf. "Personal Information" is any data which can be used to identify and/or contact a person or persons. This information may include:

- Addresses
- Phone numbers and/or facsimile numbers
- E-mail addresses
- Social security numbers
- Any information provided to us directly
How We Use Personal Information
Franklin does not sell, trade, share or disclose in any way any personal information, unless we are legally required to do so, such as during the process of making a claim for an asset. This is neccessary in order to verify to the holder of an asset that our client is the intended recipient.
Security Policy
We have implemented strict internal policies and procedures in order to protect any personal information that we have collected. Access to this data is provided strictly on a need to know basis, and is not available to anyone who is not directly engaged in the effort to recover a client's asset. All data are kept on servers which are stored in a secure location. Once the recovery process is completed, all personal information will not be retained, and will be disposed of in a secure manner.
