Contact from Franklin is absolutely a positive thing, and in many cases can be life changing for the better!

Are Franklin debt collectors?

No. Under no circumstance do we attempt to collect any debts whatsoever at any time.

How did Franklin get my phone number and/or e-mail address?

We employ a number of investigative techniques in order to find those people who we are attempting to get an unclaimed asset to. How much does your service cost?

We work on a contingency basis, meaning that we will not collect a fee unless we are successful in bringing the asset to you as promised. There are costs that are associated with the claims process. However, Franklin will cover all of these costs, and in the rare case in which we fail to collect the asset on your behalf, you will not be responsible for any expenses whatsoever, and we include this detail in our agreements in plain English. When we are successful, Franklin will take a percentage of what is collected. The percentage varies from case to case, depending on the asset, and the entity which is holding it.
